Vilana Hotel Boutique - Barcelona

The Vilana offered a great experience with two exclusive and private conference rooms ideal for business meetings. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable, allowing me to focus on work while enjoying a serene environment.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced and not very diverse.

The bed was not a double bed but two single beds that were separated

Breakfast was not too fancy. There was always a coating and if a sausage plate became empty, the staff came and immediately put on fresh again, so that no sausage was dried up. A service that we considered very important. We were not promised too much by the location of the hotel. It is quiet and yet easily accessible for everything. Everything worked out with the parking lot. Also the parking places in front of the hotel are recommendable, as the reception is also occupied 24 hours a day, one can calmly leave it there.

The superior queen room had basic facilities you need, central heating, an iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. The staff were caring; we had a quick check-in. Overall the service was good. The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, Cosmocaixa Barcelona Museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

Though everything was good, some of the staff were not so helpful.

Very nice hotel in a suburb of Barcelona. All around numerous possibilities to get to the city by bus within 15min. If you want to stay there, you will find enough good restaurants, supermarkets and the like. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. There is a monitored parking garage at the hotel, for those arriving by car.

Parking and breakfast are quite expensive, but this is probably just because of the area. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

They welcomed us with two glasses of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, including a heart-shaped arrangement on the bed. The location in a residential area added a peaceful charm, but it was a bit removed from the nightlife.

I was actually surprised by the spacious Double Room, with high-end finishes that really elevated the experience. The hotel was located in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink!

Quietly situated, but all parts of the city are easily accessible via very close bus connections. Hop-on/hop-off stations are close! . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great. We will come back on our next visit to Barcelona.

I enjoyed the spa bath at the end of a long day walking around the many sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in earlier (due to an early flight arrival from madrid) at no extra charge. I also enjoyed that it was on a quiet street so I could get a good rest.

The safe in the room did not work and the spa bath could be used more often just to ensure the pipes were cleaned out. Also the bath was only cleaned before I arrived and not during my stay. I would have preferred to have received the same message from the night and morning staff at reception as to whether they sold tourist bus hop on hop off tickets, as it caused us to waste a half a day running after buses trying to work out how to get onto one.

The staff's response was far from helpful, displaying rudeness rather than professionalism, especially when I complained about the noise.

Beautiful residential area, close to Metro and bus services and still only about 50 mins walk to centre of city and 30 mins to Nou Camp.Very quiet area so no problem geting good sleep .

I would say could promote restaurant and bar a bit more .

Price of € 350 was definitely not worth it-I appreciate I booked during the mobile phone conference but hotel was poor Food in restaurant was very poor No duvet on bed Taxi booked and was 40 mins late,hence I was late for my meeting
